Our most recent award has been winning a 'mystery shopper test' in August 2009. This independent survey (conducted by Dealer Support Magazine - www.dealersupport.co.uk) rated us No.1 for customer service and professionalism...Beating Amazon, Viking, Lyreco and a heap of other industry 'names'.

We've also been finalists or winner of a BOSS Award (the stationery industry equivalent of the Oscars) for five of the past six years so we must be doing something right! But hey, the press attention and awards are nice but we’re under no illusion what really counts, it’s always the customer.

That’s why every 90 days we survey a cross-section of our customers using online surveys to get honest and confidential feedback on everything in our business. We then share that info internally to review our processes and make changes where you tell us we need to.
