UOE Stores and Post Offices – we currently operate eight retail outlets and hold a multiple franchise contract with the Post Office. Our Stores sell affordable stationery, greetings cards, packaging, crafting and design led gifts as well as offering services such as printing, binding, copying and Kodak photo printing. Last year, UOE Stores served over 1.5 million customers.

UOE Hub – is our flexible office space in Hertford for entrepreneurs and small business owners. This includes hot desking, resident desks, serviced offices, meeting rooms and virtual offices.

Everyone who works at UOE is trained in every aspect of the business, so there’s always someone to help you, whatever your query. If you need the services of a product specialist, there will be someone in every Store who can help. In fact, across the entire company, we’ve got hundreds of years of experience on everything from typewriter ribbons to tablet computing. If you have a question, we will have someone with the answer.

We independently survey a cross-section of our customers every 90 days to provide us with a snapshot of how we’re doing. We read every review and comment and this feedback drives our focus for the weeks, months and years ahead.

We are delighted with the result of our recent survey that reported:
